Hi there. My message stats are not updating. The last update is on the 19th and I have had messages since then. This affects my star seller progress - as I missed two messages from very happy customers saying thank you for their orders and who did not require a reply - which is galling. Currently I've been sitting at 94% on message response for several days and have responded to other messages within 24 hours in that time period, but the message stats have not changed. Thanks so much, Lucy
Hello @OutOfCharacterQuilts,
After checking in here, we can see that your Message Response rate has been updated. Please know that the data for Star Seller is updated every 24 hours, so your metrics will update daily.
We also suggest using the Forums' Search function prior to posting (just be careful to not bump an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in the last months/years), as questions regarding the Star Seller Program have been extensively covered by our fellow members since its launch, as well as our official Star Seller Guide, which contains in-depth answers to some of the more common questions regarding Message Response Rate, Shipping, Local Pick-Up, Digital Orders, and other topics. You can check it out here:etsy.com/starseller.
Having said that, and since this thread does not pertain to a technical issue, it will be closed to prevent it from going off-topic.
Thank you very much!

Didn't you already post about this? You can go back to that thread and read the replies. Here is a link: https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Message-Response-Rate-stats-not-updating/m-p/13885380...
Hiya - Thanks for this. After a long conversation, I was told by Etsy to post here again as someone on the technical programme can then pick it up....
Did anyone ever get back to you about this? My message stats haven't updated in almost a week.

Is this a common problem? It looks as though my message response rate hasn’t been updated in over a week. 🫤
@GoodPressCeramics @NeverLeaves : Are the messages you are counting the FIRST message of a NEW THREAD? You should look at the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page - it will show you which messages count and if Etsy thinks you answered any of them late.
Hi, This has also happened to me, I have received new messages in the past couple of days, which I've responded to promptly, however my stats are still the same, showing only two messages. I am scared they will not update before April 1st when I get graded on performance. Please assist with this. Thanks
@LujaMoon: If the Messages were the first Message of a new thread, they are not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has closed, regardless of when you actually replied. Since stats are updated only once per day, there may be an additional day's delay before the new thread is included in calculations.
