Message Response Rate stats not updating

Hi there - I'm just on the cusp this month with achieving the 95 % seller rate because two customers separately sent me a lovely message to say how happy they were with their orders and I forgot to reply within 24 hours - which is really galling as they weren't requests, but niceties!

That aside, I believe I should now be at 95% - but when I download the message stats it is only updating up until the 19th and I have had a couple of messages between now and then which I have responded to really quickly.  Please can you look into why my message stats aren't updating - I don't think they're right?

People have reported it takes a few days for stats to update

A couple of messages isn't going to raise your percentage.  It takes 19 responses to counter-attack 1 non-response, so in your case, 38 responses.

the target percentage is 95%,
that's 1 of 20

so for every duff one, you need 19 to balance it out

That maths doesn't make sense if they are working on percentages which is what they say they are - I'm at 94% so just on the cusp.  I've only had 36 messages in the last months so I can't see how I need 19 responses to counteract?  Thanks though!

This sucks!! Same here ... 1 message answered a bit later than 24hours - I went from 100% down to 93% - yesterday I answered two messages in time but still went further down to 87% today!!

Thanks Etsy for nothing!! This seller badge thing sucks through the whole way!!!

Doesn't seem right does it.... I'm going to follow up because by my calculations I have now answered more than 95%....  Feels like their systems aren't updating because when I download the message log it only shows messages up until 3 days ago...

I have the same. It is not updating.

It appears that a message does not count until AFTER the 24 hour reply window has passed. Also only the FIRST message of a NEW thread is counted.
