Message response rate

My message response rate has gone down a lot even though I respond to every message within the 24 hour period and I have no messages in my spam folder. What is happening? It’s causing me to no longer be a star seller and it’s very frustrating.

Download a CSV file for messages and see which ones they think you missed.

I have lost my good review status. I have all 5 star reviews but one about 10 years ago. Go figure. I respond and mail same day and I don't have those either. I think it comes from sellers contacting me from the forums. I respond to every message promptly. No gold star though.lol
