I had a message come through then when I went to reply it said The persons account had closed so I couldn't respond. Then a few weeks later I tried again to follow up on the lead and the account must have been reopened as it let me send it but it's now dropped my message response rate and every other message I reply to within 24 hours. Any advice Etsy?
