WHY is my message rate dropping with NO actual replies to answer? It went 100% to 75% overnight with NO emails to answer????
Because it's the 1st of the month.
The review period has changed to show the next review period, dropping an entire month's stats.
The review period is now Feb, March, and April.
We've answered every email, right away. No matter what month?
75% would indicate 4 messages in the review period, with 1 not answered on time.
Check your spam folder. I had three messages from buyers this weekend that went to the spam folder instead of my inbox. Etsy is aware and is working on it they say.
Thank you. It's just odd that even before the 1st of the month as a previous poster noted, it was going south.
