I received a message from a buyer on April 17th and answered within minutes. The next day (April 18th) I got the same message again. The first one was gone in my dashboard, but my answer and also the following conversation with the buyer can be seen.
It opened a new message. I answered within 24 hours (on April 19th), but it is now counted as not answered fast enough, because the original message was from April 17th. This is obviously a technical problem!
The message is now counted negative and I lost my seller star.
Please correct this!
You could try putting that message in spam and see if it updates
