"Hello there, I am facing an issue with unlocking my messages. It seems like my messages have been temporarily disabled as I received a notification about the same.
"Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled. Please contact support to have them reactivated. Also, see the FAQ and Community Guidelines for more info about Messages."
Unfortunately, I have checked the appeal section, but my account did not commit any errors, so there's no eligibility for an appeal.
“It looks like your account doesn't have an issue that's eligible for appeal.

If you have faced a similar situation before, could you please guide me with a fix, or if needed, help me contact Etsy support? Thanks in advance to everyone who can assist me in this regard."
I haven’t had this, but I have heard that a seller’s messaging privileges can be discontinued if the seller sends too many, spamming other people. Maybe this?
That's right, I did not read the message policy carefully, so it led to this error.

When you are muted, all you can do is wait it out. Usually 1-2 weeks. Lesson learned: if you are messaging random people, or people who favorite your items, that is not allowed.
That's right, I did not read the message policy carefully, so it led to this error. Hopefully the texting will soon return to my account.
Then yours is a valid punishment and you just have to wait it out. I believe it's usually for a week, but only Etsy knows for sure. Please use this time to carefully read through the policies so you don't break the rules again, even if unintentionally.
Thanks for the helpful answer from you
