Message Responses

Spoiler
I have been a star seller. A week ago, I missed one response to a message by 1/2 hour because I was sick. That one missed  message took me from 100 response rate to a 92% response rate. I had 3 customers contact me mid afternoon yesterday on March 31st while I was working. I answered immediately and on the same day of March 31st and well within the 24 time frame. Today is April 1st. I lost my star seller, but am showing 100 percent in response rate along with 100 percent on shipping and 5 stars on ratings. I should have my star seller badge for March into April, but I don’t. Please explain to me why message responses that came in on March 31 did not count towards my April star seller badge?

Re: Message Responses

Etsy cuts off star seller stats at least 24 hours before the end of the month.

Re: Message Responses

Etsy uses Midnight 31 March UTC as the cut-off for SSP CSV data. Etsy allows the full 24 hours for a response so, if the response was not due until 01 April, it will not be included in the Badges awarded April. And that is UTC not a Shop's local time.
