On Time Shipping Confusion

Super confused on how yesterday I was at 93% on time shipping and making star seller to today making 95% on time shipping and now not making star seller.  Has this happened to anyone else??

I do not believe the system counts the last 24hrs of the month (could be the last 48hrs)

@StarlightCraftCoShop: When looking at 'current period', yesterday you were seeing the stats for the April 1st Star and badges, today you are seeing the stats for the May 1st star and badges. You need to look at 'previous review period' to see what the April 1st badges were based on.

I have done that. I am just wondering why I had a star seller badge for March with only making 93% on time shipping (which doesn’t meet requirements for star seller) to now April 1 showing 95% on time shipping (which meets star seller requirements) and I do not have a star seller badge.

" yesterday I was at 93% on time shipping and making star seller" Yesterday, you were looking at the Shop Badges for SSP awarded 01 March (Dec-Feb) which still showed on your Shop, but the SSP Page was showing the data for the Badges to be awarded 01 April (Jan-March)

"today making 95% on time shipping and now not making star seller."  The SSP Page updated by dropping off December data. The Badges in your Shop cover the period Jan - March. The default SSP Page now shows progressive data for the Badge/s to be awarded 01 May (Feb -April)

Etsy uses midnight 31 March UTC as the cutoff for SSP data and Shipping is assigned to the Month it was due to ship, not the Month in which it was Shipped. The increase from 93% to 95 % was probably due to Jan data dropping off and April to date being included in "Current Review Period" so you are now on track for the Shipping Badge for May.

BTW The data on my CSS / SSP page has updated but the Badges on the Shop/s have not updated yet. This will happen later today.

You will have to check your CSV file for shipping to see what is possibly missing ... but I have also heard it can take up to 24 hours for a badge to appear.  If you haven't already, here is some helpful info that may explain things better ... other links are within each Etsy Help Center article.
