Message Response Time Report

It has not updated since May 22. I need the messages received since then to maintain my Star Seller status. I’m at 94% as of May 22 but if it doesn’t update before Tuesday, then no gold star for me. Frustrating. Have emailed help desk but all I get is that they are updated ever 24 hours (which obviously is not true) and a copy paste reply that tells me how to retrieve the report (obviously I am already aware). They don’t even address my issue.

I doubt if it is a high priority problem for Etsy.  It has glitches all over the place that don't get resolved.

It may adjust itself correctly (95%) on June 1.  Did you double check that all of your messages have been responded to?

I did check, did the math and will be at 95% if it updates.

While I have responded to all messages mine has not updated  for at least a month. I had 10 messages replied to the 1st of May and it is still at 10 even though I have had probably at least that many more-all replied to. What is strange is my reviews and shipping have updated regularly. I do not get a lot of mesages but am wondering what will happen when that number finally falls to zero due to not updating.

 

I am not/do not contact(ing)  Etsy about these problems simply because I know it i a waste of my time!

The reports are inaccurate - I have downloaded the Excel sheet and I know I have answered messages that aren't even listed in the report. 

The Star Seller program does NOT appear to help stores any, so I personally don't care if I ever get it.  I wish they would cancel the whole program because their ugly badges are clogging up my beautiful shop.
