I’m in my second month of having lost my star seller after having it for a very long time, because my message response rate is inaccurate. There seems to be no way to contact Etsy on this platform, which is really terrible customer service giving how much I pay in Etsy Seller fees. How do you get a hold of Etsy to let them know this feature is not functioning And depriving us of star seller?
Did you download a CSV for reviews to see which ones they think you missed?
Etsy won't change anything having to do with a shop's Star Seller metrics ... the only thing you can do is download the CSV and check which messages were missed. It could be a spam message that you did not send to spam, or a message from a buyer who may have opened a new message thread, or a message from a seller that may have just said "thank you" and you may have thought you did not need to answer it ... Etsy has said ANY message you receive (buyer - seller - spam) must be either replied to or sent to spam within 24-hours of receipt. The easiest thing to do is set up an auto reply message. Good luck!
Same thing has happened to me. Message response rate is wrong! Not fair to sellers who work hard to provide excellent customer service.
