Message Response Rate - Not Updated!

My message response Rate has not been updated since 11/20/23 - I have had several first time contacts since then that are not listed on the downloaded history.  It just stops at 11/20/23 and today is 11/30/23.  My concern is that tomorrow I will lose my Star Seller status due to Etsy not updating that piece.  As of now I am at 94% without the updated messages.  Any help would be appreciated.

Usually the first message of a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. Remember that Star Seller stats are in UTC not your time zone.
