None of the orders for the months used to calculate star seller status required shipping, as they were all digital. But Etsy removed my star seller status because according to their info “0% of orders were shipped on time.” (But also, 0% of orders were shipped late)
can anything be done about this?
@TuffCityKnits: A 100% digital shop will show an on-time shipping and tracking of "---%" (nothing to calculate) not 0% and will not keep you from getting Star Seller. Have you looked at the applicable CSV file from your Customer Satisfaction page to see which orders Etsy thinks required shipping and / or a tracking number? The data in that file is what determines your Star Seller percentage.
It doesn't matter that all the items you sold were digital. You have items that are not digital in your shop and that screws you over as far as star seller is concerned. It doesn't matter if you didn't sell any of them. The only thing you can do is talk to Etsy and try to convince them that is really stupid. I'd be surprised if they change it though.
You need to check the order dispatch history for the previous time period. Is it possible you sold a physical item and forgot to input the tracking number because you're not used to doing it?
