Making Changes on your Cellphone / Tablet

I tried to list for the last few days using my tablet and copying older listings.    Copying speeds up my process as I only have to make a few changes to the listings including titles and pics.

I would  post the new listing,  titles, pictures etc and hit save.     The problem is that the saved changes reverted back to the original listing.     I would have to go in and edit the listing using the correct info.

It turns out that when I would edit quantity when stock sold on another site,    those changes did not save either,  leaving me with stock that has sold out.

I have tried Etsy,  but this is probably too much for AI to deal with.

So,  check your listings after changes to make sure they really took.

I always use a browser for anything important.

I usually use a browser too - but thank you very much for posting your warning. A lot of people like the convenience with the phone or tablet - and if there are issues it matters that we are aware of them.  At least you've let people know it really pays to doublecheck!

Happens to me and if I use the browser on the phone, it won’t let me change the title. So frustrating.

Not sure if it matters. I am using a fairly new iPad all is working fine. I don’t like the app so I don’t use it. Using a browser on my iPad. Do have the app stuck in a file for the cha-Ching as it is fun to hear. lol
