Major Site Glitch Photos

What’s going on? All of my listing photos are either blacked out or super zoomed and blurry on shop home page. Any updates of site issues?

I'm using a desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10.
(I use the same thing every day. Have never used mobile or the app)

ETA:  Don't know if this has anything to do with it.  A new Announcement re: purchasing from our listings right off of Google.

Ok just wondering if it was a glitch only affecting one or the other. I’m on my mobile iOS browser and they look so out of whack.

Your photos look fine to me, I'm using a browser in mobile view.

Well all of a sudden the issue is fixed. Wonder if Etsy was working on an update or test? Who knows!

Well that's interesting. I do wonder if it has anything to do with the new Announcement re: purchasing directly from our listings on Google.  It's kind of coincidental that this happened at the same time this Announcement came about.

I don't know; there's been a lot going on behind the scenes.

I noticed this issue about one hour ago while researching listings on Google. I saw listing images that that were blacked out and also listing images that were blurry and cut off.

Ah ... this happened to me earlier but weirdly only in Firefox (not Chrome or Safari). I updated the browser and cleared the cache and it seemed to fix itself; I thought it was just me / Firefox, but maybe not. Etsy tinkering again?

Yes, this has been happening to my listings all morning but only on desktop and my chromebook. On the Etsy App it seems fine, but I hope this resolves soon as my bestsellers are unrecognizable with the zoomed in. I was actually looking for a way to report it.

Some of mine are super zoomed in too. Looks horrible! And not sure why it's only some of them.

I'm using Chrome on my Macbook and lots of the photos inside my listings are not loading properly. I tried Firefox too and same problem.

Noticed just now in Microsoft Edge. Some zoomed, others distorted.

It's happening to me as well. Some photos are large and off center. I'm on my desktop.

The same issue is happening in my shop. The photos shown in orders waiting to print out are disappearing while I'm watching.

I am too having issues with my photos. Blurry, super zoomed in and just not loading.

Same here; was fine earlier today. Using Chrome, desktop. Some photos are fine, others are super zoomed-in, other are solid black.

Phone app and browser look fine and tablet browser looks fine but on my desktop the listings are showing the video still as the main thumbnail on my shop page and it starts running if I hover with the mouse. Ewwww

And not all pics showing in search.
