Can't turn off Holiday Mode

Hello there! Hope you are all doing well.

It seems as if Etsy placed my shop on Holiday mode and there is no option to restore it. 

I am struggling and hoping someone can help me or just guide me in the right direction as I have not found any resources online with a solution.

This is the message we have received: 

"To help you manage your current orders and keep your shop in good standing, we’ve temporarily paused your shop. During this time, buyers will see your shop in holiday mode."

We only sell digital products, so it's not possible to be behind on orders. Or am i missing something here? 

We would really love to get everything back on track and this is unfortunately keeping us from moving forward.

I would REALLY APPRECIATE any help!

Sometimes this happens by accident by a bot.  At the bottom of the email sent to you, you need to hit reply and let them know you sell digital products.  Don't start new email threads just keep this one going until you are switched back on again. 

I hope it gets sorted soon.

We have not received an email, unfortunately. The message is displayed on our shop manager. 

We have also looked through any possible emails and found nothing. Not sure why we haven't received any communication via email.

i cant get off holiday mode either and they are locking me out even though i have given them tax info correctly how do i talk to someone as they are charging me money for an account i cant use please help someone!

i tried turning off but am not sure how do you hit button to left or right im confused as I am a new seller on etsy and its supposed to be user friendly but this user doesnt feel so friendly right now lol ugh

i can see your shop and items so your shop is not on vacation mode.

for reference- if you go to settings, from the main dashboard page left hand side, one of the choices in the menu that pops up is "options" - thats where you can turn off and on vacation mode

yes, the etsy system and layout is not always intuitive or easy. you do get used to it, just keep poking around the "dashboard" and all those links on the left hand side.

All I know is I just kept bugging etsy help chat until they finally helped me.mine was because I needed to get tax info verified. By Yahweh's grace I'm OK and on my way!
