I've sold an item and I was wanting to renew it but I keep getting "uh oh ! Something went wrong try again later " message. can somebody help me please
@Mascyme: Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess. And which page are you trying to renew from?

If you are on a computer (or laptop) go to "Listings" /sold items" and do it there.

You also need to make the quantity is updated to 1 or more.

You are in vacation mode. That is probably why..... Though I could be wrong. Not 100% sure if you can renew listings when you're in vacation mode.
how do you quit that mode ?
Go to Shop manager> settings>options>vacation mode. There is a toggle switch to switch on or off. If Etsy put you in vacation mode this won't work and only Etsy can help you.

Yep, Etsy did that. They want you to catch up on your orders before letting you have more. Did you receive more orders than normal lately?
i've just add one order and finished it in the day. and it was today
Hmm... Well, could be a mistake. You'll have to contact Etsy about that. Help center>ask a question> I still need help.

If you have put your shop on vacation, you won't be able to do much work in it other than look at existing orders.
i've finished my prder and when I go to the vaaction mode option it tells me that :

So you'll have to contact Etsy about that... I couldn't find anything in the help center as to why they would do that when you've only had one sale. It might have been a mistake and the bots were overzealous.
