Mailed the item without tracking number

and couldn't figure out how to note that the item was mailed on time with out tracking from the cell phone app.   

I've never mailed out late and because there is no option to select regular mail on the Etsy cell phone app..  It shows late and I lost my Star Seller.

Something should be done to correct that problem.  I really wanted and worked hard for that status.

You need to send all orders (well, 95% of all orders) with tracking for Star Seller. Mailing late or mailing without tracking is the same -- both count against you.

When the phone app doesn't fill all needs, it might be time to revert to a PC, laptop, or even a tablet.

However, browsers can be installed on smart phones which permits access to Etsy for those quirky little details.

Sorry it's taken so long to get back.. its soooo unfortunate that here in our new home.. in the mountains.. the internet is just terrible.   I literally have to drive out the mountains to get cell service.. But just in typing this its dawned on me maybe I can use the hot spot on my phone..  anyway.. thanks sooo much!!

I don't want to be rude but in this situation selling on the internet might be problematic.

Use your normal browser on your phone, I use Chrome, then you can use mobile or desktop view.

Maybe selling online isn't for you. My parents had a ranch in the mountains and could barely use a cell phone. Their internet was okay because they used satellite service. Maybe you could look into that if you want to continue selling online.
