Made a custom order and won't let me print a label for this order?

Okay maybe I am tired and totally being silly but I sent the custom order listing to customer (who has purchased from me before so I know address works) and they bought it but for some muffin reason (sorry I don't cuss so yup muffin it is haha!) the little truck icon is greyed out and if I hover over it it tells me that I can't purchase a label for this order? Did I goofed somewhere?

There's a notice on our dashboard that Canada Post labels will be unavailable this eve and overnight. Maintenance I assume. It will be up by 7 am.

Thanks! I guess the OP can ignore my post then. But they could still print at PS if they wish to do it right now!

I have never seen this before. What country is it going to? Ets  is a US company ((as I am sure you know). Some countries such as Cuba, Iran, etc are sanctioned by the US so one cannot ship to those countries. That i all I can think of. If that is not the case you might be able to go to Pirateship and print your label. they integrate with Etsy.

Well it is going to USA of all things. Wonder if I didn't idk set the order wrong or something.

Can't use PirateShip as I am in Canada. Worst comes to worst will do it through Canada Post just never had this before.

Thanks for the info I guess that can also explain why it gave me a BAD time printing a label to a friend in Australia (nothing to do with Etsy) as it bugged out and half scared me to death haha!
