Thumbnail Images

Since the new update of thumbnail images now being 'square' I can't get anything to look right! No matter what dimension I use to create my listing image it still ALWAYS crops half of the text on upload. I am started to get really frustrated with this as I have honestly tried around 10 different dimension sizes and still having issues. I also have two listings with the exact same dimensions and very simular layouts, one shows perfectly fine as square and the other completely cropped out.

I have so many listings ready to go live but I don't want my efforts to go wasted on thumbnails if it isn't going to be correct. I also need to amend all of my current listings photos.

I don't have any answers for you, but continue to be frustrated by the limitations of the new square format. I too have tried adjusting them so the entire item fits in the frame, but it doesn't work.

I appreciate Etsy attempting to improve the site for us, but this is making things worse, not better.
