I have zero access to my shop. cant change password, emails are not coming through. Today i received a Deposit from that shop , meaning someone purchased from me, I cant see what, I cant ship it, I cant refund them.
I contacted etsy but they run me in circles without resolving my issue. Email communication is an absolute worst.
I used tweeter to get their attention.
Please help me out. This is ridiculous. I am getting billed fees every month without any access to my shop, I honestly don't care about the shop anymore, I opened a new one a week ago. Bu I am concern about my data safety, bad reputation following my shop and my name, and not being able to refund and close the shop properly.
I am outraged knowing that this is happening to SO MANY shops recently and Etsy shows everything under the carpet, and at the verge of getting a lawyer if it isn't resolved. I don't earn a lot through etsy but I do care about my customers, and I want to be able to refund the buyer their $18.43 because I dont even have the soaps from that shop anymore, whatever she/he purchased.

There is contact support at the bottom. Use email not Twitter or anything else. You need to contact Trust and safety about this.
Follow the link using the best description. Look for 'I still need help'. Send the email with all the information.
Hopefully you will do this from a clean computer. If your computer has keylogging on it that hackers can get the information of you trying to change passwords.
You can ask for a phone call in the email.
Hopefully you alerted your bank.
