I have responded to all clients within 24 hours, yet etsy tracked a response as occurring after 24-hours, which has impacted my response rate. How do I get this resolved? Is 24 hours not really 24 hours?
use the auto response option in your messages
Those times can be recorded inaccurately if you are in a different time zone as the customer.
You can set an automatic response through your seller dashboard if you are worried about it.
There is no way your records can be changed or adjusted, unfortunately. We are only other sellers in the Forum, and employees have no power to change your stats.
@FrenchGardenCottage: Have you checked the applicable CSV file to make sure that you responded within 24 hours? Remember that the CSV file is in UTC not your time zone.
I set my auto response to every day from 5pm to 9am-my response rate is now 100%
