Hi all, not sure where to post this issue, so I thought I'd start here!
I was using my mobile phone for authentication code, but I have no signal on my phone for weeks, (trying to sort it out with provider ) I did mange to get into Etsy one day and changed the authentication code to come in via my landline, the only trouble is the recorded codes are said so quick I don't even get time to write it down, it's taken me 8 attempts to get in here now!!!
Is there anyway of contacting Etsy to suggest that the numbers are said slower or do like Ebay do and repeat them twice.
Does anyone know what Etsy email address is to contact them.

The only way to contact Etsy for anything is through the Support menu. There is no phone or email.
