Hey may be my star seller shipping,tracking % not crossed this is no change please check and solve my this problem
We've double-checked the orders affecting your Star Seller, and we can confirm that one order didn't have a tracking number, some have a tracking number that can't be tracked on the carrier's website and the tracking number on the rest of the orders are unsupported by Etsy yet. Please know that aside from shipping an order on or before its ship-by date, you also need to add a valid tracking number, for it to count positively towards your Star Seller.
To get a closer breakdown of the orders affecting your Star Seller, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Download Order History’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.
