I've had the new Etsy Seller App for months in beta. Now that there's an update, I've updated the app but it wouldn't let me log back. It says "There's no shop related to this email" even though I'm currently logged into my shop and the old orange Sell on Etsy app on my phone. I kept trying and it wouldn't work. Turns out the prompt is wrong.
The login page asks for email address and password. It does not ask for login ID which is what is actually needed to open the app.
Please fix this.
@MariposaStoneWorks I tried logging in the other day, and was supposed to be sent an email with a code for the new app. Never got the email. Tried the next day, it worked. I would expect anything new from etsy will have a variety of glitches.
I am also having this issue and have had the new app for several months. I am now not able to log in. Is there a solution?
I was able to resolve the issue by deleting the app and re-installing it.
I found the code in the Authenticator App. Hope this helps!

I can't log in to the Etsy Seller app (Android, ver. 1.47.0).
I stay logged in on my laptop and have been logged in to the Etsy Seller app since I originally installed it a few months ago. Chrome saves my passwords on my laptop, so I double-checked there that I was using the correct password on the app (and I am!). I just deleted the new seller app and reinstalled it but still can't log in. (I'm checking every character as I enter the password, so I'm as sure as I can be that I'm entering it correctly; it's very disappointing that the app doesn't have the "eye" icon so users can check their spelling!!!)
Does anyone have suggestions on how I can get logged in?????

Does Etsy employ support engineers? WTF is going on?
