Hello there. I have 1 order that was a local pick-up. I marked the shipping/tracking as a local pick-up, however this order is showing as "no" under not shipped on time on my Shipping Stats report. How can this be changed as this order did ship on time but doesn't have any physical tracking?
Tracking or a shipping label purchased on Etsy required for all orders.
What if I offer local pick-up or delivery for my items?
At this time, orders that don't have tracking because they are delivered or picked up in person will be considered shipped without tracking, and will not meet the Star Seller criteria for shipping.
Hello, and welcome to the Etsy Community Forums!
We suggest using the Forums' Search function prior to posting (just be careful to not bump an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in the last months/years), as questions regarding the Star Seller Program have been extensively covered by our fellow members since its launch, as well as our official Star Seller Guide, which contains in-depth answers to some of the more common questions regarding Message Response Rate, Shipping, Local Pick-Up, Digital Orders, and other topics. You can check it out here:etsy.com/starseller.
Having said that, and since this thread does not pertain to a technical issue, it will be closed to prevent it from going off-topic.
Thank you!

It can't, unfortunately. Local deliveries are just going to count against us because Etsy is only interested in tracked deliveries.
Ideally, you'll be able to have enough shipped/tracked orders to bring up your percentages to retain your star seller status, but apparently Etsy can't be talked into adjusting the shipping metric for local deliveries. We're all stuck with this.
Sorry.
I am in this same boat..how unfortunate that in wanting to help a customer, we are penalized in our ratings. Customer satisfaction has and should be of the utmost importance but not at the cost of shop owners who are trying hard to meet the standards of Etsy. I even had my buyer sign a proof of delivery form. If we are going to get a black mark each time we go above and beyond for the local customers what is the point? Do I just sell my items off of Etsy? I thought that was considered fee avoidance..but many shop owners are doing that after advertising on FB, IG and other platforms. Please Etsy, consider the small business owner..don't diminish our efforts.
