My shipping On-Time Shipping and Tracking has been marked down (dropped to 83% from 100%) because I had an order with local pick up, therefore no tracking number. I marked the order as complete and the order was delivered prior to the required ship date.
Is there any way to get this corrected? Is there some way to keep this from happening in the future?

Thank. I saw that, but didn't realize that meant it would count against me. I'll be sure to no longer offer local delivery through Etsy.

I do it and it never affects my star seller rating. When it asks you for carrier just type in local pickup. Then it will want you to add tracking number-just put local pickup again. This takes care of that issue

Not only does it affect star seller, but just found out that my customers can also see the lower shipping score when they click on a specific item in my shop. I just spoke to an Etsy customer service rep who confirmed this is a glitch on their end and she is submitting it to their technical dept.
it's not a glitch.
local delivery counts against you for star seller, it always has, and etsy says it does.
