These issues may be related, but I am not tech-savvy, so I've no clue:

The forum software does that with everything that isn't straight forward text. All you do is just hit "enter" again and it goes through.
Ok, first the original e-mail sent to you wanting your e-mail is most likely a scam. If you read the forums you will know that scammers are out in full force. Etsy will never ask you for your e-mail because they have it. I am not sure about the rest of it. Your shop looks fine on my end. Did you give them any info or click on any links in the e-mail? I am afraid you may have been hacked. Regarding invalid HTML it was your copy-paste, nothing sinister. I am very sorry about the loss of your daughter.
Your shop is not blocked, and your shop and listings are indexed. Your shop showed up when doing a search on Etsy, Google and DuckDuckGo when using ''LinkisPrintables etsy''. I was also able to view your shop with only "LinkisPrintables'' and then clicking ''Did you mean the shop LinkisPrintables?''
What was the ''newer etsy suggested'' url? With all the scamming going on, are you sure it was actually Etsy suggesting it? If it was wrong, then that could be the reason why it didn't show up for your husband. Another reason could be the security settings you have enabled.
Why do you think it was an actual employee of Etsy who was harassing you? Could it have been an Etsy seller or a scammer pretending to be from Support?
As you were told in your Critique on Saturday, you do have a lot of infringing going on. Just because ''but heck, a LOT of sellers are...'' infringing on popular characters and celebrities does not make it right. That's a very weak argument.
My condolences for your loss.
@TheVintagePineapple The url thing confused me too and I just reread about the Etsy employee. It all seems weird. Glad someone else chimed in because I am going to bed.
@JackisJustVintage Confused me too until I read it 5x! Going to call it a night, too. Shoulda been gone 2 hours ago! (Happy Holiday to you!)
There was a big 6 line pink warning message, put under your messages section, informing you of scams, and that if the messages was not also in the "From Etsy" folder, on the left hand side, then it was not from etsy
You had to click to say you read it, before the warning message went away.
....
so
1 is a scam
2 is a scam
3. Is the site warning you it's a scam
4. you are not searching properly, see above post from thevintagepinapple
.....
this is the message you did not read...................
How to spot and report scams in Messages
If you get a suspicious message asking you to leave our site to share personal info or complete orders, make sure to mark it as spam. Keep in mind:
which goes here
extract........
Authentic messages from Etsy always appear in a From Etsy inbox and are clearly labeled "From Etsy" below the subject line. If someone claims to be an Etsy employee and the message is not located in the From Etsy folder, mark the message as spam and don't reply.
.... I would read all of it now
As others have stated you are being. targeted by Scammer, you have not been in communication with Etsy,
Do a full sweep and clean of you computer and any device you use including malware
Check your cookies are and delete any which look suspicious
If you gave an banking information contact your bank and make them aware
If you gave out your email check and block anything you receive which appears suspicious
In future NEVER open any attachments unless you definitively know they are safe
Id recommend staying up to. date with all official Etsy communications and checking this forum regularly .
Id also suggest reading theses forum posts

I think someone is "yankin' your chain".
And its not an Etsy employee...I looked at your reviews, perhaps its an anti-Trumper?
(sigh) And my condolences, best of thoughts.
Unfortunately DUck Duck go is not a browser Etsy supports. They support the larger browsers so Duck may be giving you false information.
You may have fallen victim to a scam. It is not Etsy employees unless the message is in the folder marked Etsy.
You may want to check your POD partner to see if that business has had issues.
As a relative new shop with sales you are prone to hacking attempts. Etsy has vital information posted to help discern. Please read the applicable information. Etsy is not simply a place to list. A seller needs to keep abreast of developing issues and information on Etsy.
