Listings will not save therefore not list.

I need help! I am getting a little desperate here because this has been going on for a couple of weeks now and I am at an all-time low in my shop with visitors. And this is the time of year I add some of my best work and I have things I need to list. I am trying to put new listings in my shop, but the listings are not working correctly. Every time I do I get this error code and message. Except once it worked after waiting a day but never repeated itself. I have tried to list each day hoping it will work for me again.

"There was a problem saving your changes. Contact Etsy Support and make sure to include this error code in your message:
Error code: EuJB7_zdB66L2XeBcpVNLeTzUzdd"

So, of course, I contacted Etsy with the link provided which is an e-mail address but they are not answering me. It's like they think they did because I keep getting the survey that comes after they have helped you with something asking you how they did. I have e-mailed them now four times! And the same thing keeps happening. I cannot find any other way to contact them. Does anyone know what that error code means? And does anyone know how to get a hold of either Etsy Support or Etsy Technical? Please help. Thank you

Your newest listing is dated today.

It will let me update and edit my old ones for some reason but not list anything new. You must be seeing that although I have not done anything today. So, that is a little weird. I went and checked just in case, and I don't see anything.

There was a thread about this code in August. I've not read it so don't know if they found a solution.

Now I am unable to change my category settings. I tried to add a new category and when I went to save it, it just stayed in the active stage of trying to save it. It happened yesterday when I tried as well. What is going on with Etsy? I can't add any new listings or add categories for this Fall. I don't know what I am going to do.

Have you tried copying/duplicating an existing listing instead of starting a new one?
