I am fulfilling my orders on time, but I notice that some of them are not being properly recorded in the “On-Time Shipping” section. I’ve had several recent on-time shipments, yet my score and the number of recorded orders have not increased. Additionally, when I download the orders in an Excel file, my latest orders—specifically from September 30th, October 1st, and October 2nd—do not appear; the last recorded order is from the 27th. This is affecting my score, as not all of my on-time shipments are being reflected.
Orders are counted in the month they're due to ship, not the month they actually ship.
So if you had orders that were due to ship in October, you will not see them in September's CSV.
It's possible that's the way it works with all shipments -- they may not show up in your CSV until the ship-by date has passed.
Orders from the 29, 30th are not counted for October. They are counted for November. Always the last two days of the month do not count for the next month.
Also shipments need to be accepted by the postal service within your processing time frame.
@QuantikINK: For Star Seller, it appears that generally orders are not included until after the scheduled ship by date regardless of when you actually shipped.
You don't have any SS badges at all.
There are some trademarked names / images in your shop: Genesis, Godzilla (several of your sales), Love is Blind, Salvador Allende, Asimov, Porsche, possibly more.
Profanity must be covered in the thumbnails.
All this could downgrade you in search and put your shop at risk.
