I recently enrolled in Etsy Payments India, putting my shop on holiday mode After activation, it went live, but after my first sale, it automatically switched back to holiday mode I’ve raised 6-7 support tickets with no response From Etsy support
Check your email inbox and your shop manager dashboard to see if you have a request to upload and verify your ID. Etsy do this after the first sale. They should have contacted you. Are you getting any other notification emails from Etsy?
Also note that raising multiple support requests does not help you get a reply quicker, in fact it can put you to the back of the queue each time you raise a new ticket. Etsy support can take a few days to weeks to respond.
