It appears Etsy is showing in stock items as soldout under sold listings. I happened to turn it on today to check something, and noticed that I had zero views on my Ads that I run continuously everyday. This is unacceptable if Etsy is turning of our paid listings without our permission hence, this could be the cause of so many of us long time sellers with recent low sales. Something is definitely going on behind the scenes at Etsy.

Re: Listings that are in stock displaying soldout under sold listings
I'm confused, I just looked at your shop and it showed all items as available. I see your ads and Etsy directs me to you shop and shows your items.

Re: Listings that are in stock displaying soldout under sold listings
I'm on my desktop, Etsy has a feature called sold listings that you can turn on/off for the public can view what items are selling in your shop. I always keep mine turned off but, I turned it on today for a couple of minutes. There it is showing ALL my listings as sold out when they are not. Then, I checked my Ads for today, and it shows zero views. I did my own test, and was able to add items to my cart. However, it may not be the case for all customers shopping on the site.

Re: Listings that are in stock displaying soldout under sold listings
@Honeyprint A sold record is created every time you make a sale. It does not mean the item is sold out. If you click on a listing from within the xxxx Sales list in your shop it will take you to the Active listing unless it really is sold out.

Re: Listings that are in stock displaying soldout under sold listings
Mine is doing this right now and happen to be my best sellers. People keep messaging me asking when I will get them back in stock. I have gone through 200 of my 700 listings and found over 20 of them are marked as sold out yet they say 1 in stock on my side. A seller would see it click on it and it will say sold out. This is frustrating as my sales dropped last week and I could not figure out why.

Re: Listings that are in stock displaying soldout under sold listings
Exactly the same as me. My 3 best sellers saying it has sold and not available when clearly active in my listings. I have had customers mention it too when trying to buy and spoke to Etsy who told me they are active but would not help. None of my Pinterest links to the items work either, also saying sold out. Very frustrating and coincides with lows views & sales this week.

Re: Listings that are in stock displaying soldout under sold listings
Same here. And as you say, those happen to be the best selling items. They show as available in search, but when clicked, it says they are sold out. Contacted Etsy, they said they would forward it to the technical team and haven't heard back since.

Re: Listings that are in stock displaying soldout under sold listings
I've been having this same issue on some of my best sellers. So frustrating. I copied the listings, republished and deleted the old ones. Now I guess I need to keep track of this new glitch!
I wonder if it has to do with listings that were created on the "old form" vs ones created on the "new form". My domestic pricing better not get screwy again too....
