I am at my wits end. For the last few weeks Etsy has been removing my listings, stating that they violate their Creativity Standards. However, we make every item ourself in our shop. We sell wooden costume props that we cut out of wood in layers and assemble ourselves. I have had numerous listings removed in the last three weeks and no amount of tickets and reaching out to support has been helpful. I have multiple tickets for each erroneous listing removal, have supposedly been escalated to the specialist team about a week ago. Additionally, as of two days ago they "expedited" my escalated ticket. However still, nothing. Does anyone have any personal experience with this issue? Considering that I sell costume props, this couldn't be coming at worse time for me. They are taking down popular items at my most popular time and I will not get the opportunity for these sales back if they don't re instate soon. I have read others reports that state that generally these items are removed if they find other sellers. I do sell my items on Walmart, Amazon, and Ebay. However it is still me making it and I don't understand why it is taking so long to get any answer on this. I have also seen on other Forum posts, that an Etsy employee will respond and say that they are closing the forum post, because they informed the team on it. Please do not do that to this post, as I have been told multiple times that this has been sent to be handled and to wait patiently for an email. My patience has worn thin after weeks. If anyone has dealt with this and gotten assistance and has literally any suggestions on other steps I can take, please let me know.
