Listings Performance Tab is stuck at 4 Views

The Shop Manager > Listings > Performance Tab within a listing is showing 4 views for the last 30 days - on every one of my live listings. The actual number for each listing is quite different when I check the Stats.

Hmmm. Curious. I do not have a "Performance" tab under Shop Manager>Listings and will be interested in reading others' responses to your post.

@KnotChaCha  I don't either (Performance Tab). But I went into Shop Manager > Listings. Something I always forget about is "Stats" (Right Column) Toggle Switch. Once I switched it on (it turns orange, it shows Views for 30 days for each item.

@DaysofYoreTreasures  That is definitely odd that all of your listings have the same number of Views when you are in Shop Mgr. > Listings. And they don't match what's on the Stats Page itself.

I see now what the OP was about.  All of my items have different numbers of views (excepts for all the ones with zeros, LOL.) It would be definitely strange to see them at 4 views each.

I am so sorry that I didn't explain myself properly. It's when you open a listing, the Performance tag on the top left.
Then once I have closed the listing, I click on the gear icon > View stats at the bottom right of that listing. In the Explore your data section, you can change the Visits to Total Views.

New update: While I was writing this comment I checked the Performance tab for some of my listings and they have all changed from 4 views to 7 views! Cue the Jaws music...

Oh, I see what you mean, @DaysofYoreTreasures . One of my items has had 238 views in the last 30 days according to stats, but when I open the performance tab (when the listing is open as if to edit), it says that it has had 1 view in 30 days. It also says it has had 0 orders, which is not true.

Bottom line--this must be a non-functioning feature. I did not even know it was there until I saw your post. There could surely be other "features" I have missed (or ignored.) Hmmm.

I can't say for sure but maybe it wasn't there.

I remember the Performance tab being there when they first introduced the "new" listing form but it disappeared after awhile.
I only noticed it again today so it could have been re-introduced recently - with us acting as the test team, per usual.

I think I have worked out what is happening. If I go to shop manager (eg dashboard), then click on Listings, then open a live listing as if to edit, then click on the Performance tab, the stats are correct for number of views etc.
But, if I then click on Back to listings and open another live listing, the performance stats are a repeat of the stats in the first listing I looked at. And so forth... every listing shows the same Performance stats as the first one I looked at.

It's as if the software is somehow storing the numbers from the first listing and refreshing them into every other listing I look at.
