Listings Missing from my Shop???

Yikes! I currently have 42 listings in my shop and if I search on Pinterest and click on one of my listings on Pinterest then it takes me to the item, as it should... HOWEVER, when I click on my shop within that listing that I just landed on to view the ENTIRE shop, only a few items show up... all of which are free shipping items (I only offer a few items with free shipping).

ALL of my other listings are GONE??? Etsy, what's up with this??? Is this a new glitch along with the new "shipping below $6 algorithm"??? Anyone else having this issue that seems to be lost in search since October 1st?

This is just plain bizarre!

@FunByJannieMac: Are you using one of the apps or a browser? There have been other recent reports in this forum of the app not displaying all listings.

I've tried it on both my iphone on the app as well as my desktop in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge... I also had a friend in MO try it... same thing!

Hey there-YES! We put out an S.O.S.earlier. I added new listings and when I went through to check pictures and descriptions, etc.,some showed up regular and some showed up tiny and others did not show up at all and only parts of the listings were shown.

The bigger problem was that we looked at our shop on my husband's tablet like a visitor would and not signed in as a shop owner we see that it is what others are seeing- or NOT seeing as the case may be. Really got mad especially knowing no one will answer us on the chat.  

If we were part of another etsy horrid experiment trial, it would not have shown on my husband's tablet as a customer! Hoping it is a temporary thing because each day this is like this costs shop-owners potential sales. Don't really know how to get this resolved.Hope someone has an answer.

I see a problem in your shop too, OP.

If I navigate straight to your shop I see 42 listings under All Items, beneath the featured listings, over 2 pages and with a Custom sort.

But if I open one of your listings, then click on your shop name from within it, the shop sort is set to Relevance which is standard procedure on Etsy, nothing wrong with that.
However - only 5 listings are shown under All Items on page 1 followed by three blank slots, then another 6 listings on page 2. Your Priority Mail upgrade shows up on both pages.

Thank you SO much for your help on "seeing" what is going on! I responded below to another shop on the thread as to my thoughts on the situation This is so not good... my sales are down dramatically and, as I said in my other reply, I can't help but think this is linked to the NEW algorithm drastic change with the "under $6 shipping" as it doesn't appear to be a coincidence! IF Etsy is feeling it in the pocketbook as badly as a lot of we sellers are feeling it, maybe they will fix it??? We can only hope, I suppose... I'm so upset!

I woke up this morning to only having 5 listings when we normally have 50+. Would someone be kind enough to look at our store to see if that is the case. I’m hoping it’s a glitch on our end. There is so much going on with Etsy these days my head is spinning.   Thank you

I see 66 in your shop.

Edited to add - maybe you've just got the featured listings box checked?   I think that will only show you 5.

I see 66 listings and several of them are in buyer's carts.  Never know what Etsy will do next.

It might be the problem with sort by Relevance that I reported above.

In your case:

However - only 4 listings are shown under All Items on page 1, then another 30 listings on page 2. That is all.

I believe it should be displaying the full complement of 36 listings on page 1 followed by the rest on page 2, sorted by relevance to the listing I first clicked on.

I wonder if it is related to the new $5.99 shipping for US shops that was recently introduced. Do you have variations in your shipping costs by chance?

I see exactly the issue you are describing (Safari browser on iPad). When I first go into your shop, I see all listings. When I go into your first featured (pink tutu) listing and then from there click on the shop name, it only shows a first page of listings with 2 featured plus 8, and a second page with 6 more. The search and section headings still refer to 42 listings, though. The sort has changed to “relevance”, and if I then click “custom”, all the listings show up again.

It looks to me like the “relevance” sort is either broken, or they have changed it so that it’s actually a filter, instead of just a sort (which should only rearrange the sequence, not change WHAT is being shown).

Yes. Now that I have gotten on my desktop, It does just seem to be on my Ipad.  Big lessons to learn!  So crazy.  Thanks for your input!  Have a great day!

Thanks so much for your feedback! It appears that this is some kind of weird glitch and I can't help but think that it's attached to the NEW "under $6 shipping" algorithm that just took over and changed the Etsy world It isn't a coincidence that it is switched, nothing in my shop is showing except free shipping and featured AND the "RELEVANCE" switch has been magically thrown! I only hope and pray that Etsy's sales are down as much as mine are due to this glitch! They are literally cutting off their nose to spite their face this time! Thanks so much for all of your help!

If it were me, I'd try removing the featured listings area and see if that fixes it.
