Yes, same here, although I hadn't put my shop on vacation mode. For over a week I am not able to use my shopping cart. I signed out & back in to etsy, rebooted my laptop; but to no avail. I can, however, use the shopping cart from the etsy ap on my phone. The problem is that I have a small android & I am unable able to see the whole cart. It is so bad I accidently placed an order yesterday twice!
I was able to use my cart for a short time after I used the android's cart, but later that day it wasn't working again.
