Listing thumbnails not adjusting

Hello!

I'm selling digital invitations for various events and it seems like there is a problem with the thumbnails on all of my news listings. I can't adjust the thumbnail properly. I click on 'Apply' but nothing changes. I tried and tried again but it doesn't work.

Is there something I can do to solve this? It's very problematic for the kind of products I sell.

It's broken. Etsy doesn't care unfortunately. We have been complaining about it and reporting the issue for a long time.

It's been an issue for quite a while and Etsy doesn't care to fix it. The work around I found is when you go to adjust your listing, you have to use adjust thumbnail, hit done, and then go to crop and use the square option. Otherwise they save all off center.
