Listing photos not uploading!

Hi there

I was super keen to get my shop up and running today. Unfortunately I haven't been able to upload my photos for the listings. I've followed all the guidelines for images and cleared my history. My internet is running at a good speed too.

Is anyone else having this problem?

@BearAndMouseDesigns: Are you having this problem using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.

I'm using Safari on my desktop browser. My operating system is Monterey 12.6. Be great to hear if you have any suggestions of where I go from here.

Maybe trying a different browser!?

YES! Fixed the problem by switching from Safari to Firefox.

I'm beginning to think that it is more a bandwidth problem on your end.  The problem comes and goes, as if there are just too many of us trying to upload at the same time.  This isn't a new problem, I'm had it happen for quite some time.  I can usually go back five minutes later and it's fine.
