Cha-ching and Messages alerts not coming through

Has anyone lately had problems with the notifications coming through on there iPhones for the Cha-ching sales notifications or messages? I get neither. I went to notifications setting and unchecked and then checked again those items, but still not working. I tried to report it but didn't really get much help. Any ideas or similar problems?

I have an iPhone and I'm getting all notifications. Is it just the sound you are missing?

Try to delete and reinstall the seller app on your iPhone. This worked for me.

Using Samsung and using new app - The Cha-ching changed to the same sound as messages & like notifications for the past couple of months, then the other day the Cha-ching returned (did not change anything it just came back)

I am having the same problem, using the new blue app.  Missing messages and etsy, of course, dinging me for them in the "Speedy Reply" reward.  Uggh.

There are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.
