This seems to be an ongoing off and on issue with etsy. I am ready to publish a listing and it won't allow it stating "core details" needs to be done. It is done but nothing changes. Very frustrating. Anyone else??
Are you able to do what NanaLetha does & use the Copy feature to create new listings? It’s not a fix, but hopefully a workaround until a better answer comes.
I just encountered this bug as well. My fresh new listing is done, but I can not publish it because it won't allow me to apply the core listing information. It looks like an ongoing problem based on past comments in the forums.
