I have customer message me about buying 2 and more items together 

I used calculating shipping 

So a customer message me saying she is trying to purchase 2 sweatshirt but somehow it's changing doble shipping 

One item is 10.99 shipping 

2 items 22 shipping 

3 item 33

4 item 44

So how we fix this  I know when is fix you have the option to put 3 dollars for the extra item why calculating shipping doesn't have the same option I have to refund customer shipping and list sales because of this problem it's really annoying can someone help me please I would really appreciate thank you

The double charging is usually because of the package sizes you have listed.  The system sees that you don't have a large enough package to accommodate 2 or more sweatshirts, so it gives each shirt its own package and charges each one the same shipping amount.  Add larger sized packages to the preferences and it should charge the correct amount by putting all the shirts into the appropriate shipping envelope/box.
