Listing error page

Hello, I have had a store set up for quite a while, and just got around to getting my payment info set up, but when I go to add a listing, I see an error page, that says: 

Uh oh!

A stitch has gone awry. Please try again later.

I contacted support, they told me to empty my browser cache and cookies, I did to no avail.  they also said to switch to the new style/old style of listing, but I can't even find the page that will allow me to toggle that option.  any help? 

im also having trouble adding shipping services to a shipping profile when I try to set that up

@SassafrasHardware: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? The "old" / "new" listing form option seems to only exist when using a browser and should be at the top of the listing form.

I'm getting this error page in the browser, with safari and chrome, on MacOS Sonoma.  Can not get to the page to start a listing in old or new style.  

Also, in the app, I can't select a shipping method, so can't do it there either.  

I'm so frustrated.

I'm using safari in the latest update to MacOS Sonoma, I can't even get to the listing form...it takes me to the error page instead.

I am having the same problem. I try to create a new listing and the error page comes up, there is no option to switch to the older version. When I try creating a draft on my phone it will not let me choose a shipping method and therefor cannot create a draft on there. I've reached out to etsy. Their first response was switch to old version (which I cannot do), their second suggestion was to clear cache (which I already tried). I've tried two different browsers as well. If anyone knows how to help that would be great. Thanks!
