Where's the Etsy Coupon Code box???

I'm ready to checkout and at the page where it says to Place Your Order but don't see the place to put the Etsy code in, only the shop coupon code. Do I have to proceed with the Place Your Order to see it?

It wasn't showing there at all on my screen after several attempts - had to go back to the cart page. Once i entered it there, it showed up again on the checkout page. Weird.

I placed the following at the top of my Announcement (you're welcome to use it if you wish):
*Apply Code YES10 at checkout, where it says, "Apply Etsy Coupon" (not the "Apply Shop Coupon Codes" section).
