Hi,
I have some issues saving changes to the title and description of copied listings right now. I change one part and click save and after editing the next part of the listing the changes are gone or the changes are displayed, but after clicking publish the listing appears with the same title as the listing I copied.
Anyone else having this problem? It's present in the app as well as in the browser.

Re: Listing details not saved
I heard back from Etsy and their reply is:
I understand that it does not fit your current needs. However, I kindly suggest to keep working in a desktop if you still have this problem with the seller APP after you re installed.
If you're using an iPhone, you can also check the help topics for your device for details on how to clear the stored information.
I will definitely take notes and share this feedback with our product team to take into consideration for future adjustments.
Really not the answer I had hoped for as do all my work on my iPhone, frustrating as I had been able to use it up until a few weeks ago!!

Re: Listing details not saved
This issue still hasn’t been fixed nearly a year later. I get it when I copy a listing, and now I’m getting it when I start a listing from scratch. If I forget to copy the description, I’m frequently seeing that Etsy haven’t saved anything I’ve written and I have to re-write it.
Very frustrating. Etsy make so much money from it’s sellers, yet can’t fix serious bugs like this. I’ve tried contacting support about this and many other issues with the new app, and get fobbed off, or directed to this forum page, suggesting I start a new topic. I can’t start a new topic! The option is greyed-out! Also tried to get help with this problem but get told I’m on the wrong page, but no one will tell me what page is the correct page.
