A lot of vintage tea pots have been recalled so cannot be sold here.  Perhaps the bots "thought" from the title that is what you were selling.

@RiverToTheSeaFinds: It is never a good idea to relist an item that Etsy deactivated until you know FOR SURE what triggered the bot and have corrected it. Perhaps https://community.etsy.com/t5/Managing-Your-Shop/Had-a-weird-thing-happen/td-p/137676075 may give you some clues.

OP, Mid-Century Modern glass coffee pots are a no-no, mainly because so many were recalled for metal bands breaking loose and then causing scalding of children and adults. The most notable were certain Corning Ware pots in the 1970s, but the scalding incidents happened with other brands. Etsy wisely has decided those kind of carafes or coffee pots can not be sold on this platform.
