It's been over two months since Etsy deactivated my listing for copyright infringement. I am the manufacturer of the product, and some seller on Alibaba stole my photos and is trying to sell the same item. I provided Etsy with all the necessary information: photos, patterns, details, materials, showed the background and other items I used for the photos, and demonstrated how the Alibaba seller cropped my photos. But there's no update, the case is closed, and support chat doesn't respond. Where should I write or call?
Hello @AuthorL, please look out for an email followup: I have escalated your post to the appropriate team. I'll close up this thread now, as support issues can only be resolved directly and privately. Thanks @AnnaleasFinest and @CraftyCornishMaids for offering help!
you need to file a take-down notice for all of your stolen photos on Alibaba, and then present this to Etsy.
You can also mark or contact community manager ThatRegina here.
Good luck!
there are two different things here
1. if your items are taken down for copyright infringement,
you have 10 business days to issue a counterclaim, though the correct procedure
otherwise they are down for good.
you need to click on the url in the etsy e-mail, if that doesn't work, there is an alternative method to submit a counterclaim in the link below
If it was 2 months ago, and you didn't file the correct counterclaim notice, you are too late.

2. If your items were taken down for breaking creativity standards, because your items were seen elsewhere
you need to file dcma takedown notices with the sites they are on, and when you appeal to etsy, include copies of the notices you filed
