Hello, my name is Rodrigo, my store is new and I´m having a very frustrating problem:
I sell T-shirts with my designs through dropshipping, and to Test out the whole process and experience from a customer's perspective, I asked a friend to make a purchase and made a special coupon for him. But for some reason, his purchase was immediately canceled, he received an email saying so, and his account was suspended. The help center didn´t help him at all.
I thought maybe it was an issue with his card or something, so I asked another friend, and the same thing happened. So now I'm really worried because it means that this could be happening to any of my customers, and I could be losing sales, and even worse causing their accounts to be suspended. I have reached out the help center and talked with agents many times, and they have been absolutely useless on the matter. They just give me prefabricated answers and send me to other areas, where suddenly, they just close the subject without explanation.
I'm wondering if anyone has gone through the same and if you succeeded in fixing it. I don't know what else to do.
Are your friends purchasing using your internet?
Having friends and family purchase something and leave reviews is against the rules, and can get your shop shut down if you get caught doing that too many times. If they are using your computer or the same IP address, Etsy can tell that and will cancel the sale.

Do not have friends and relatives buy from you, it can get you shut down for padding your sales and feedback.
I see lots of people have a lot of your listings in their carts, are these people you know? If so, I would advise to stop doing this now. Your images look like they can stand on their own, from my quick look. Make your shop and listings the best that they can be and push for organic traffic and sales.
