I have created two listings today, but they are not showing in active listings and they don't show in drafts or inactive, but they do show up in erank. I have refreshed and logged out, but they still don't show. What should I do?
Are you having this issue using an Etsy app or via mobile browser or desktop browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).
What kind of products were you listing? Etsy bots are always looking for prohibited items, images, and words. If you can describe the items, perhaps we in the Forum can help.
They were Halloween t-shirts. One said Spooky Vibes in text only and the other was Never Better with a skeleton hand. I've used the same design and tags on sweatshirts and didn't have any issues. It's just weird.
Were any of the T-shirts in teen or children sizes? New rules to prevent injuries and deaths from children's clothing have been enacted. You can Google the specifics, but Etsy has been removing a lot of children's clothing.
