Hello Etsy Community,
I'm reaching out with an urgent request for help regarding my shop. Last Thursday, when I attempted to log in I couldn't. Instead I received a message/popup stating: "We've noticed possible suspicious activity on your account. For security purposes, we've temporarily limited your access to protect your information until you reach out to us." I promptly reached out to Etsy Support. A day later, I received an email stating that a suspicious login was detected, and to protect my financial and personal information, my account access was restricted. I answered the security questions as requested.
However, as of today, I haven't heard back from Etsy, and the stress is overwhelming. I can hardly sleep nor eat. I've been running this shop for nearly five years, always working hard and maintaining a Star Seller status since its introduction. After my husband's accident two years ago, this shop became our sole source of income. I support my family, including five small children, with this business. I'm desperate for help as there are bills to pay and mouths to feed.
Additionally, I've just completed all preparations for the holiday season, making significant investments in inventory to ensure top-notch service for my customers. Now, I'm left with nothing but worries.
I've read through the forums and heard about some moderators who might be able to assist. Please, @ModMatt @ModFabio, if you could lend a hand, it would mean the world to me. I don't want to sound overly dramatic, but my life, and the lives of my children and family, depend on this shop.
