Legit messages going to spam - star seller

After all the talk of the real emails going to spam, I checked. Sure enough, one was there from 3 days ago. In the meantime my star seller stats were dinged because of this. 

I have initiated a chat with support and they escalated this to a specialist. I have not heard back yet but has anyone else had issues with their star seller being dinged and not being made right?

Same thing happened to me .Had a spam message which was legit,moved it to inbox and because was 24 hours late score dropped to 99% .Spoke with Etsy and basically they answered me with generic answers -that it was a glitch and I'm responsible for checking Spam folder and there is nothing they can do, which is so unfair for everyone who is trying to do everything right and provide excellent customer service.

@etsy Are you going to comment on this? This is not the only thread talking about how you are unfairly punishing good sellers who pay a fee for your service

That message went to every Etsy employee's spam folder.

I recently have had the same problem. I got the email, replied and their reply end to spam!?!?!

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
